Devin, Greg, and the team were great to work with. They were transparent with the timeline, prompt with the start of the dig, and all other aspects of the install. They worked through as much rain as possible to avoid delays and the install looks great!The whole process started with Zach who offered a really nice purchase experience, connected us with a variety of landscapers to work with, and made the whole planning experience turn key. No pushy selling and excellent communication with the abundance of questions we had over the weeks/months leading up to the install!
We have had a great experience with Pettis. We bought a hot tub from them 6 years ago and they have been great. We recently needed some service and a polite, professional, young man showed up first thing in the morning. He took the time to explain everything, was quick, and cleaned up any mess. Quality service by a person who represented Pettis extremely well! We can’t say enough good things about them and their service people.
Mike and his team did an amazing job replacing my liner, replacing my pool pump, coordinating with the contractor who was replacing my pool deck. The end result is absolutely gorgeous! Mike is a great communicator and always kept me up-to-date on how the project was progressing. I would highly recommend Pettis for any of your pool needs, or for installing a new pool. They installed our pool over 20 years ago, and it has been a pleasure to work with them!
We had a fantastic experience having our hot tub delivered. The team explained everything clearly, even taking the time to FaceTime with my husband so he could be involved in the placement process. They were incredibly patient, they answered all my questions, and made sure the hot tub was positioned perfectly on our deck. They even made sure there would be enough clearance for the cover to open without hitting the privacy lattice we plan to install.Before they left they went over how to setup the hot tub for its first use.A special thank you to Kyle B., Gianni, Jack and Dave for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!
Highly Recommend! They just replaced my Above Ground Pool liner and the process was seamless. Everyone I came into contact with, from Krystal & Mike L. to the technicians, were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Tony and Tom did a site visit a week prior to install and completed prep work the day before the scheduled installation. They were extremely efficient and communicated clearly with each other and me. Tony and Tom clearly took pride in their work. Paying attention to detail and spending extra time to ensure the liner was as smooth as possible prior to adding water to the pool. Outstanding team! I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Pettis for my Above Ground Pool liner.
