Finding a consistent and reliable pool guy (especially in spring season) is nearly impossible. We were blessed enough to find Crystal clear pool service and this will be our third year using him, and don't intend on using anyone else. He's fixed our liner, installed a new one, rigged up our pump (by our request to get us through the season), then next season came through and installed a new unit and heater. Stand up guy, communication is 10/10 even throughout the season.
Mike has been amazing to work with. After buying a new house with a pool, he made sure we got everything up and running. He was responsive whenever we had questions or concerns with the equipment. He installed a new heater, filtration system with wifi control as well as new lighting in the pool. A great guy to work with.
We cannot say enough good things about The Crystal team especially helping first time pool owners. They have been extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions as we learn how to maintenance the pool.
Mike is one of the best. We had a tear in our winter cover, which put the clean pool water under the winter cover at risk. I called Mike for help and he saved the day! He is professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We were not originally thinking of hiring a pool service, but we were so impressed with Mike’s services, we hired him for the season.
Mike is great! Hes always available whenever we have any problems. Always polite and listens when we have a problem and almost always is able to diagnose whatever problems over the phone. We will never use another pool guy again.
