Hot Tub Tony'z

Tony has been great to work with. He helped us winterize our pool last season and then helped us get it opened this year for the first time. As first time pool owners, we've had plenty of questions, and he's always been quick to respond and willing to help. When we ran into an issue after opening the pool, Tony even came out on a Saturday to make a few tweaks and get everything running correctly. He's incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows pools and takes care of his customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony.

I have never met him, however I have asked for his advice several times via text/phone call. He is ALWAYS there and responds. He even follows up a few days later to make sure everything is ok. I have been a hot tub owner for 21 years. I have never seen this amazing type of service. I highly recommend this business. I will definitely reach out when there is an issue I cannot handle. You are missing out if you do not use him!!

Tony is phenomenal – please read So it’s the coldest day of the year : -14 temp. Me not being that smart, didn’t realize that hot water evaporates when in very cold weather. My Jacuzzi was probably 5-7 inches low on water. My heaters are not working because it’s below the limit. I’m freaking out. I called the spa place where I bought it. No one is answering. It is a Friday at 1 o’clock. No one‘s answering. No message left on the recorder nothing. I find out Later that they closed due to the cold I call around and talk to a few places and they want to send a tech out in the next few days or So. I do not want my $10,000 investment going down the drain due to weather issues. I’m freaking out I reached out to a local guy instead of a corporate store, and I speak to Hot tubTony. In short, Tony tells me everything I need to do, gave me some great ideas Of how to fill it due to my hoses were frozen; and I got it filled up. Told me how to get the heaters running again. Next day I go outside my Jacuzzi is 104° and working perfectly Everything that Tony told me to do worked, he did it over the Phone and did not charge me at all, even though I tried to give a business. Truly, gonna be turning to Tony for my Jacuzzi needs in the future. Highly suggest him for purchases and services!!

I pretty much never leave a bad review, but I called for service this morning and this guy says he has my name down as a pompous ass in his phone and he won't do business with me. To be honest I dont remember ever calling him in the past, I dont think he ever came out to my house. He must have judged me from one phone interaction. Years ago and then put me on a list. I thought it was kind of hysterical that a grown man would act this way. If your going to do business with hot tub Tony make sure your on your best behavior, apparently he does not believe in second chances. Typically Im a great customer, I pay on time, I show up when Im supposed to and I leave tons of great reviews and I refer like crazy. But I am intolerant when a business owner acts unprofesional. Its really your loss Tony. I wish you the best and hope you find enough clients that meet your high standards!

Fantastic service and excellent, courteous communication. Tony replaced a heat exchanger in a Hayward 250-series gas heater saving me about $3,000. He needed an additional part that was unforeseeable (and was Amazon’s fault), and Tony traveled to purchase the same for me so he’d be able to complete the job the same afternoon and get the heater repaired so it could dry out before winter. This is what old-fashioned work quality and customer service looks like. Thank you, again, Tony.
