This is in regard to the maintenance/cleaning department. We had Deep Blue build our pool 6 years ago and it has been the best investment we’ve ever made. We’ve had service since they built it and through the years it’s been a little hit or miss but overall good. The difference is this year the service became great. Antonio is exceptional in taking care of our pool. He checks everything every week and has helped us catch issues before they became problems unlike in years past with others. He is an amazing tech and I hope management sees it and rewards his dedication and hard work. Great employees are hard to find so we hope that he sticks around for a long time since this is the first year our pool has been practically problem free with maintenance.
We had Deep Blue refurbish our pool. They helped us re-tile, re-plaster our spa, and bring our pool plaster back to life. The final product is beautiful and I could not be happier. Every single person who came to our home and worked on this project was wonderful. We recommend Deep Blue 100%
