Came up from Colorado for a big family reunion in Park City and of course the spa heater decides to quit on us. Our Airbnb host called around and got told it’d be two weeks before anyone could even look at it. Two weeks. We were only there for a long weekend.On a whim I called SLC Pool Service and got Lindsey, who honestly saved the whole trip. She had a guy practically down the street and got him out same day. CJ showed up, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the spa fired back up in no time. On top of that, Lindsey coordinated everything with our host on the billing side so we didn’t have to deal with any of it.These folks went way above and beyond for people who weren’t even their regular customer. The kids got their hot tub back, the reunion stayed in full swing, and we owe SLC Pool Service big time. If you’re anywhere near Park City and need pool or spa help, call them. I own a pool construction and service firm in Denver Colorado but have lots of family in the Salt Lake area whom have pools. Last year I was charged with finding a new service and maintenance provider for our family in Utah that has a pool. They are always on time, efficient and provide a great value with top notch service. We have recommended them to multiple friends in the area as well who have all had great results. I moved to Park City 6 years ago and have used SLC Pool Service for a couple years now. They have been great at taking care of my spa in Park City. One of the many little things they do to set them apart is shovel a path so I can access it when it snows in the winter. I have never had any problems with them & will always recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
SLC Pool Services.... Where do I begin..... I had a horrible Pool Builder and Trey & Ryan Saved me... They came in and started our pool up... Complete Pool Chemistry Wizards and helped us with the process while our Plaster was curing and then Educated us on our pool equipment and recommend to redo the work that was performed by our pool contractor ... They take care of our pool and hot tub weekly keeping the water Chemestry safe and our water Crystal Clear! Nicest guys in town.. A+ 5 Star this company is top notch.
