After calling 4-5 pool companies, he was the ONLY one that called us back but prior to him returning our call, he immediately text us and said he would return our call as soon as he was done with his current client. He showed up on time, and got everything done within the timeframe he said EVEN when a part of the job replacing one of the lights became a little bit of a bigger issue than expected. Unless we have a pool issue he tells us cannot fix, we will ALWAYS use him. Thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend Ultimate Pools of San Angelo. Al took the time to drive to my place 90 miles away to work on my pool’s old filter system and pump to determine why it wasn’t functioning efficiently. He thoroughly cleaned the filter, checked the pump and all the pipes, and diagnosed the problem. (Faulty valves and a leak in the old pipes) I was impressed with his knowledge and skill, and he was very professional. Al will now be my go-to “pool guy”!

Alvino was very reasonably priced and professional at first and came every week, texted me pics and updates. However , one day he texted me and said he would no longer service the pool because of my tenants. When I inquired about what happened he was very vague and so I had to once again find a reliable pool service.
