Beware! They lure you in with a low monthly price for service and then charge extra for chemicals and extra cleaning… in addition the owner is very rude and demeaning. After 2-3 months of being overcharged monthly by $100 to $150 over the agreed monthly service fee we expressed our displeasure. The owners solution was we should cancel the service (she even stated that she would cancel our contract) We agreed and thought that was it. However they charged us for January service (last time they came out was before Christmas). We attempted thru phone, texts, emails to discuss and get a refund …. They simply ignored all contact attempts and blocked our numbers …
