JJ did an outstanding job explaining how to properly maintain my pool and how the pump and equipment function. He was incredibly thorough and even allowed me to record his demonstration so I can refer back to the video if I ever need a refresher.His presentation was excellent and truly showcased his in-depth knowledge of the pool equipment and chemicals. JJ was friendly, patient, and considerate throughout the entire process, making everything easy to understand.Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I’m hesitant to write this, but I do think people need to know about Gary Pools. Read the reviews and picked this company to build my first pool. The salesman was great, worked with me and provided information so I could make the right decisions for my pool. They started on time and finished the pool in three months. The problems started immediately with Gary Pools regarding the workmanship with the main focus of the eco finish (flame finish). Once the pool was “completed” I still had items that needed to be fixed or done. While waiting for them to fix those small issues like the auto fill system, I noticed the eco finish peeling. I spoke to the Project Manager and he said because the pool is “done” this is a warranty issue. Keep in mind, my pool was not really completed yet. I understand that this system has changed (until pool is completely done it is not a warranty issue), but for me it is a warranty issue. Now for the reason for the two stars. I’m still in the queue to get my pool fixed. In my eyes, Gary Pools never gave me a completed pool. 16 Jun 25 I started my warrant issue with the eco finish, still not done. Also, still can’t give me a date of when it will be done as I’m in the queue. I take this as you have numerous people with warranty issues that you can’t get this fixed in nine (9) months. I went with Gary because of the reviews here and the two year warranty. I think it is only fair that you know as much information as possible when spending $90,000 on a pool. In full transparency, I have had other issues that were fixed quickly. It seems the eco finish is the main issue they can’t seem to fix. Yet, I see Gary Pool still building pools. To me, Gary Pools is more focused on making money with new customers then ensuring the old customers pools are done and they are happy. I was informed today that the old warranty supervisor and Gary pools have parted ways, I can only guess as to the reasons. So all the time I spend working with the old guy is moot. I hope you find this review helpful in your decision making process when deciding to build a pool.
Gary built us a beautiful pool. Brian Hays is a very responsive project manager. I could shoot him a text anytime I had a question or concern. JJ provided great service and gave us a fun and informative pool school. I highly recommend Gary Pools.
Gary Pools just completed our 12,000 gallon pool and spa. It took a little over 2 months for the construction and we couldn’t be happier. We had limited access between my neighbors homes (less than 10’) and lots of rock to excavate, and they had no issues. Joe Breuer was awesome to work with and gave us a beautiful design. Our PM Brian Hays always kept me informed of our status, which phase was next, and any other questions I had. I received pricing from 3 different pool contractors, and Gary Pools gave us the best quality and price over the competitors (Keith Zars and Blue Haven). We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Gary Pools. The pictures posted are right before we filled our pool with water.
Thank you, Gary pools for bringing out JJ. He did an excellent job at our property. Long story short we had a company do our pool deck and didn’t cover our pool. They made the bottom of our pool look really bad. Gary’s pool brought JJ out and he put in work. Just look at the before and after pictures. Excellent job by J.J. Our pool looks great again
