im paying for 1 visit a week, yet Lennox only comes around about once every 3 weeks. My pool pump is broken and covered under warranty, been waiting about two weeks now for the job to start or even be given a date the pool pump and timer can be replaced. I’ve also been ignored and not had any sort of communication when I’ve reached out.
Lennox is timely, provides feasible recommendations and consistent updates. I appreciate the photos and real time updates. He saved the day on multiple occasions (when a contractor dropped paint in my pool, when the pump stopped working, etc). Highly recommended.
Had to keep contacting this company everyday to maintain my pool after he came to shock it.I paid $200 for that and was willing to have regular pool cleaning done.The owner- pool person Lennox wouldn’t respond to my text ( even though that’s how he communicated)As a single mother, this is very inconsiderate and exhausting. Now my kids can’t swim for the rest of the summer and I have to find another company.
Very punctual and professional. It's been almost a year now. Never had any issue with the service. Lennox's suggestions were very helpful. My pool sparkles like brand new. I highly recommend this company for any pool issues & services for affordable price.
Lennox is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable! My property manager has been paying Poolwerx to do the same job Lennox was able to do right the first time. It was important to have a clean pool for memorial day. I called Lennox late on a Friday and he was able to come out on Saturday when everyone else was closed. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding follow up communication! My pool was left in the cleanest condition I can ever recall!
