After contacting 4 different pool companies, all with very helpful representatives and very good reviews, we chose to go with NuWave pools to purchase a new Hayward pool pump and Waterway filter system. Matthew was very courteous, patient, responsive, and thorough in explaining costs and options. Wes was a very personable, helpful, and experienced installer of the equipment itself. I was also impressed that the owner of the company, Bob Huffman, responded to each review I read and acknowledged his appreciation for the employees mentioned in the reviews. We look forward to enjoying our new equipment for many trouble-free years to come. Kudos to NuWave! Rebecca H., Heathrow
