I purchased a brand-new 20k out the door Marquis spa with this company, and three years later it is leaking. We have gone months without any use. They sent a repairman out and just threw the foam on the ground inside the spa while repairing, I still have to get a foam replacement that insulates the spa from them and after their “repair,” I still have a leak and have texted countless times about it with no response.
Alan did a great job as my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I never felt like he was trying to rush me or pressure me. Also, I was very impressed that the owner was willing to talk with me and even to come out to the house to help me understand my hot tub and to troubleshoot a few things.
Every interaction with Micah at Whiteswan Spas was above and beyond. He spent time with me on the phone and then in person answering my 100s of questions. He was patient and kind. He never tried to upsell me (matter of fact, he DOWN SOLD me). I felt I could trust him which made me trust purchasing from him would be a reliable purchase.The day our spa arrived it had a used cover and the spa was a bit dirty from the rain so I sent the store a message. Micah immediately called me. He let me know that was a loaner cover because they didn't want me to wait on my spa for the cover that came with our tub and it would be delivered soon. He also immediately made sure the spa was detailed and that I had everything I needed.After the delivery men left I suddenly realized I didn't know how to do the chemicals. I text the store and Alan (sorry if I got the name wrong) called me immediately and walked me through the process. He was patient while I tried to figure it out. (Then, of course, I found their amazing laminated instructions that would have helped had I seen them. Doh. Which only made Alan better because he could have said, "Look at the instructions dummy.")Today they arrived with our actual spa cover. They took the loaner and installed the new one. Great service!As for our spa, we LOVE it. It's even better than expected other than the dumb way it makes us change the temperature. It's super high quality and we have used it daily since it arrived without problem. (For the record we bought the Marquis Broadway.)
We purchased an Artesian spa at Whiteswan and had it delivered and installed in October. The experience was flawless and we have been enjoying the spa tremendously. Charles was our salesperson. Every time I have spoken with Charles either on the phone or at the store regarding maintenance, tips, advice, etc., he has been unbelievably helpful. Our overall experience with Whiteswan and Charles has been 5 stars.
We love our Spa! Thank you Charles Charron for selling us a great spa! We bought our South Seas Spa two years ago from the Santa Clarita store and it has been running flawless ever since it was first turned on. We have had no problems with it at all and we use it 3-4 times a week! We love it and we love the service and advice Charles gives us (and I'm sure other customers too) every time we come in the store for supplies. Charles is so knowledgeable about the spas in the store and all the products they sell. He won't steer you wrong. He is very honest, direct, and trustworthy. Sorry it took me 2 years to get around to write this review, but we wanted to give it a thorough run before writing a solid review. Oh, and their delivery was easy and pretty impressive to watch. We couldn’t be happier with our spa, delivery, service, and highly recommend White Swan Pools &Spas!
