After shopping around, We went to Spa express. Derek and Nate are fabulous! We bought our hot tub about three years ago. Great product, price, and service.. love our hot tub! We use it virtually every night and have had no problems with it.So when we thought about getting a swim spa, we went to Spa express to talk to Derek. Again, great product, price, and service! The prep and set up went really well. Derek gave us David’s name as a contractor. Dave and his team did it all, electrical cement pad, beautiful wooden stairs. The spa is a dream, I love it!!!?? I use it at least five times a week.If you want a great workout that gets you toned and drops pounds without injuries, get a swim spa.If you want to unwind and relax at the end of the day, get a hot tub. We were at wit’s end. Airbnb guests were arriving in two days and we started up new hot tub to get it up to temperature. But jets didn’t come on and no hot water! We called Derek, who was about to get on a plane but took the call, and he gave us Nate’s number to get immediate help. Nate worked with us remotely to assess the problem, then stayed after closing time so we could drive in, get parts, and get a tutorial about what to do. We drove back, still had problems, and he stayed on the phone again till further corrections were made. Success! Jets! Hot water! Happy Airbnb guests!It’s one thing to buy a good machine, it’s another to get the support you need when you need it. We couldn’t recommend Nate and Derek more highly for their competence and kindness to us.
Spa Express was quick to quote me fair and transparent pricing for Nordic tubs, and quick to get me in the manufacturing queue. They work with an excellent delivery partner and offer a white glove setup/introduction session. I was really impressed at their cost savings over other distributors in the bay area - value pricing and fast turnaround!Now to enjoy my new tub... 21 jets! :)
It’s taken me 8 years to FINALLY post my review because I very rarely post. This is special though, I bought my hot tub from Spa Express 8 years ago and almost a year later I asked them to service my tub every other week. Derek and his team are outstanding. I am partially disabled and they have been really good to me. Making sure my tub is always running at its best, making sure the water is in good condition and balanced correctly as well as all components are in great working order. At my last service Taylor noticed a screw loose on my cover lifter and she made sure everything was tightened up and safe. Exactly the company I need in my life. They make suggestions to me that maybe it’s time to change the water, put in a new filter or any suggestions to make my life easier, which I appreciate very much. Derek answers every question I have and goes the additional steps if I’m not sure I understand. I truly trust them and with any mechanical issues Nate is wonderful. My relationship with Derek had to be built over the years, we had a couple of misunderstandings (they were on both of us) that we together worked at and worked on and man I’m glad I did. I have a lot of respect for businesses that can have an honest, open conversation that is mutually respectful and in the end feel like a win, win. After 8 years my tub is in really good shape considering how old it is and I would buy my next one from Spa Express. What are you waiting for, call them. You will not regret it!
