I purchased and moved into a house that had been using their services for a significant amount of time. I considered continuing their services but chose not; I am glad I did not. In the time since we moved in the pool was loosing several inches of water a week. Also, always bubbles in the suction line which we told there was a very specific way to have the suction valves set to avoid. My point being, over the time they serviced the pool they should've realized that there was a leak in the suction line. I finally found a 12" section split from a post hole digger when the previous owners put up a privacy fence alongside the pool. You would think the water loss and air in lines would throw a flag to this service team. Even if the previous owner refused, it could have been mentioned when I met the team and was marketed to continue their services. I have repaired the line, can run valves open/close in any degree, and the pool is the cleanest it has been since moving in.
Moon River does an exceptional job maintaining our pool. They are always friendly and respectful while taking care of all our pool needs. Their general manager Stephon is always a pleasure to speak with. Would highly recommend 10 out of 10.
