The below information is fact..They came out on the first visit and said our water was low and they turned the pump so it was pulling from the bottom. They didn’t tell us what we needed to do and whenever it was pulling from the bottom algae got in our pool. They did not accept blame for this And they blamed us. I brushed the sides and shocked the Pool myself although I didn’t feel we should have to do this. They told me they weren’t going to cover the cost to do it so I had to do it. Three weeks later we got algae in our pool again I looked in the canister and there was one tablet in there that was about the size of a dime. They clearly we’re not putting chlorine in the banister like they said they would.. We were on twice a month service, but knowing our Pool for the last nine years, they need to put more than one tablet in the canister and clearly they were not doing that. They seem to not accept blame and pointed the fingers at other things and other people. We’ve had four companies for the last nine years and this in my opinion was the worst we’ve had. Lack of communication. The people are nice there, but things went bad quick and they did not accept blame for anything. The gentleman there said that because you’re on biweekly, none of this is their fault. I then said move it to every week and they declined to do that. They dropped me as a customer..
After dealing with other companies in the area, Perfect Pools is by far the most responsive, fairly priced, and experienced company. I had damage after one of the recent hurricanes and they came in quick to measure and replace my liner. They kept in constant communication and provided timely updates. Any issue they ran into during the process they were open about and provided a solution. Their team has years of experience that shows in their work.
We couldn’t do it without the help from Perfect Pools in Richmond Hill, GA. wow, you guys were on point, we did everything you said and we were able to enjoy the pool. Also, Tim thank you soooo much for everyday help me out with the picturesI texted you., always willing to help, no matter the time or day. After calling about 6 different companies, Perfect Pools was the ONLY pool service that we could find that would come out to Midway, GA. So happy we found them. Our pool was green and full of algae when we first bought this house... they had it cleaned up and sparkling blue in no time. They have helped us with some energy saving ideas as well. Erin and Bryan have been great. They leave an info sheet (attached) in your mailbox on the days that they have come out (I think the address at the bottom of the info sheet is their old contact info though - google maps shows updated info).
