I have used this company for years as it’s convenient for my location. I’ve had past issues with them before dealing with my pool equipment install with techs not knowing their job. Partially, doing it. Another terrible experience in the books. I explained the situation and the 3 possible causes of my pool having a weak suction, Her smart mouth in services says you know a lot about pools. Actually, I do. I was absolutely correct in my own diagnosis. I asked to send me someone experienced. He was about to drive off and tell me all my stuff is working. No, it looks like it. It’s not suctioning properly, You most likely have a clog in your pipe he then tells me. I agree because that’s what I said. $145 for my own diagnosis. Please. Service lady tells me it’s my cosmetic damage to the working filter is the issue, Now, she’s the know all not even the tech- the lady behind a computer. That has no air leak or seal damage. Hangs up on me because you’re charging me for what your guy was about to miss diagnose. Company needs to get it together. Stop charging for bad service. Then, on top I rate fee for this. Information I provided that your experienced guy said initially everything is working fine,No, it’s NOT! Low pSI at 9 confirmed weak suction on the filter gage which also conversation with the pool tech since he didn’t want to engage my filter which wasn’t the problem cause anyway, Terrible communication with them for accuracy.
We had a new pool liner installed a little over 2 years ago. I pointed out to the gentleman that installed it that I could see 2 ripples in the shallow end as the pool was being filled. He assured me that those ripples would work there way out with tbe weight of the water. Fast forward to today and we now have 7 ripples in the floor liner. Horrible job to say the least. Would not recommend.
Pride Pools is the best! Warren helped us every step of the way from start to finish. Tony (also awesome) managed our pool project for us. Both of them kept us in the loop about everything and willing to answer our questions during the building process.Ryan has been the fantastic about taking care of our pool. He is very patient while teaching us how to take care of the chemistry. Ryan also communicates in a timely matter. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with what we should do to keep our pool crystal clear and ready for use.Highly recommend Pride Pools!
One week before Debby hit our area we were hit by a very strong storm (8” in 1.5 hours). We were not at home and the pool overflowed behind the liner in our in ground pool. The next day the liner billowed and floated. We contacted Pride Pools Service and were put on their busy schedule. We ordered a new liner and when it came in, Wilson and Chris came out, drained the pool, removed and replaced the liner and installed a well point pump to help prevent further problems, all within 2 days. Very high quality work, on time and schedule. Not cheap, but well worth it considering the quality of the job.
They did such a great and professional job on my pool and they are always there to answer or help me with any questions I have thank you
