The Ugly, my pool is a dirty pool, skimmers don’t work properly, sloppy equipment installed, multiple problems with our deck tile cracking on all 4 sides of the pool, the WARRANTY protects William at Savh Pools, not US the customer.
William gave me a payment plan and wanted advance money before he finish the steps that concerns me on FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. BEWARE !
I feel William & Savh Pools CAN’T BE TRUSTED.

While I can’t speak to the quality of the pool they’re building next door, I can speak to their conduct and respect — or lack thereof — for neighboring properties and shared spaces during the construction process.

Unfortunately, the experience has been very disruptive. Throughout the build, the crew has repeatedly blocked our shared pathway with dirt piles and equipment, making it extremely difficult (sometimes impossible) to access the back of our home for basic things like taking out trash, recycling, or getting to our vehicles.

Even after the dirt piles were removed, parts of the construction site still encroach on the pathway, requiring us to step over or around construction materials just to get through.

We've also been regularly blocked in by their work trucks, making it hard — and at times impossible — to move our own cars. Coordination and consideration in this regard have been minimal.

The final straw came today when I witnessed one of their trucks back directly into our recycling bin. Not only did the driver hit it, they continued to reverse until it fell over — then simply drove away without picking it up. It was careless and, frankly, disrespectful.

While we understand that construction can be messy and disruptive, a little courtesy and communication with neighbors can go a long way. Unfortunately, that has been sorely lacking here.
