The Good, William built me a beautiful pool only for $ 300,000.00 The Bad, multiple problems through out the long process The Ugly, my pool is a dirty pool, skimmers don’t work properly, sloppy equipment installed, multiple problems with our deck tile cracking on all 4 sides of the pool, the WARRANTY protects William at Savh Pools, not US the customer. William gave me a payment plan and wanted advance money before he finish the steps that concerns me on FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. BEWARE ! I feel William & Savh Pools CAN’T BE TRUSTED.

This is the best company ever! I had another company come here four times trying to help me figure out why the pool was losing water. They kept telling me it was evaporation. But I knew better. So finally I called Savannah Pool, and they came and found the problem within 45 minutes. Wonderful. And they did not overcharge.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Savannah Pools. From start to finish, they completely transformed our backyard into what truly feels like an exotic tropical paradise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. They designed and built our stunning pool, surrounded by a 7 person spa (pretty sure it will hold 10 people), lush turf area, a cozy fire pit, and a gorgeous pavilion that ties the whole space together. Every feature blends seamlessly, making the backyard feel like a private resort right outside our back door. The team (Will, Chris, Paul, Joy and Juan) was professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. They delivered on every promise and exceeded our expectations in every way. Now, whether we’re relaxing by the pool, entertaining friends, hosting a private event or simply enjoying the view, we are constantly reminded of the incredible work and passion Savannah Pools put into our project. If you’re dreaming of a backyard that feels like a vacation getaway, look no further—Savannah Pools is the only CLEAR choice!

I’ve had the best experience with the design, installation and maintenance of my pool and yard thanks to the wonderful people at Savannah Pool Services. Their kindness and professionalism helped to make me feel at home here in Savannah. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone.

While I can’t speak to the quality of the pool they’re building next door, I can speak to their conduct and respect — or lack thereof — for neighboring properties and shared spaces during the construction process. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disruptive. Throughout the build, the crew has repeatedly blocked our shared pathway with dirt piles and equipment, making it extremely difficult (sometimes impossible) to access the back of our home for basic things like taking out trash, recycling, or getting to our vehicles. Even after the dirt piles were removed, parts of the construction site still encroach on the pathway, requiring us to step over or around construction materials just to get through. We've also been regularly blocked in by their work trucks, making it hard — and at times impossible — to move our own cars. Coordination and consideration in this regard have been minimal. The final straw came today when I witnessed one of their trucks back directly into our recycling bin. Not only did the driver hit it, they continued to reverse until it fell over — then simply drove away without picking it up. It was careless and, frankly, disrespectful. While we understand that construction can be messy and disruptive, a little courtesy and communication with neighbors can go a long way. Unfortunately, that has been sorely lacking here.
