1 star for Lacking customer service. BUYER BEWARE I have still to receive an answer via phone call or email to remedy yard damage done by trucks after we seeded from LAST YEAR. I was told by the office MANY times I would be getting a call back. still waiting.. they thought a good idea to drive up the yard rather than walk up the driveway and created this mess. If this was the only issue with lacking customer service, I would let it be. But unfortunately, it is not.

I just wanted to express how nice it is that your company employs developmentally disabled individuals. I saw one of your trucks at the home Depot in Lake Zurich parked in the loading zone going the wrong way and blocking the exit and it wasn't until I saw your employee come out of the store that I realized that he was special needs. Yay for you guys and so nice to see that your company will hire those with disabilities ??

The install was super quick and got everything up and running ahead of schedule.

We chose Sunset Pools & Spas for our backyard pool project. We had a wonderful experience. The owner Nick helped us design the perfect backyard oasis. We are extremely happy with the results. We wouldn’t change a thing. The Sunset staff was top notch, extremely professional and courteous. Nick has several hard working, experienced crews that know exactly how to build a beautiful pool. We LOVE our pool, the plaster selection, our concrete deck and all the whistles. Bettina, Jennifer and Mike (to name just a few) are wonderful to work with and very attentive. We are very happy with our maintenance too. Pool is always clear blue and clean. Always! We will continue to only use Sunset for our maintenance going forward. Highly recommend Sunset Pools & Spas. Very pleased and happy customers!
