called tuesday, they were out thursday. tech was straight forward about what the leak detection would cost and what the repair might run. no upselling no scare tactics. found a pinhole on a return line, fixed it, water loss stopped. easy to deal with start to finish

needed a new pump and some work on the heater that wouldnt fire up consistently. there arent a ton of pool repair options in Barrington so i was a little worried about getting stuck with whoever was available. these guys turned out to be great. swapped the pump, diagnosed the heater as a bad ignitor and had the part the next day. pool heats up fast now and the pump is way quieter than the old one. solid

Had a tile section coming loose along the waterline and a skimmer that was cracked. They reset the tiles and replaced the skimmer in one visit. The repair blends in well, you can barely see where the work was done. Pool is back in shape just in time for the season. Reasonable cost for both.

If your heater is on its last legs these are the people to call before you waste money trying to patch it.
