Gulfstream Pools & Spas

I just decided to move forward with Gulfstream Pools after meeting with several pool builders, and I wanted to leave a review based on my experience so far because it may help someone else who is trying to decide who to trust with their project. Out of the four pool builders I spoke with, Drew, the owner of Gulfstream Pools, stood out the most. One thing I really appreciated was that you work directly with the owner who actually builds the pools and runs the company, not a salesperson. That made a big difference in the experience. What really impressed me was that he didn’t try to oversell me. Instead of pushing upgrades or unnecessary add-ons, he actually explained what I truly needed and what I didn’t. He showed me where I could save money, where it made sense to upgrade, and how to design the pool so it would look better while still staying within my budget. He was extremely knowledgeable, very informative, and took the time to answer every question I had. He explained different ways to approach certain features so I could get the best overall result without spending money on things that wouldn’t really benefit the pool. That level of honesty and transparency really stood out to me. Out of all the builders I talked to, he was the only one who actively helped me cut costs in certain areas while still improving the overall design. We officially decided today to move forward with Gulfstream Pools, and I’ll be meeting with Drew Monday morning to finalize tile, coping, and the remaining details. The pool hasn’t been built yet, but based on the experience so far, they’ve absolutely earned a five-star review from me. If I could give 10 stars for the design and consultation process so far, I would. If you're considering building a pool and want to work directly with the owner of the company, someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and focused on helping you make the best decisions for your project, I highly recommend Gulfstream Pools.

If you are looking to put in an inground pool…let me tell you about Gulfstream Pools!! I am not one whom trusts new people so easily and I can get a bit picky sometimes. But this company and all their crew won me over very quickly! They are very professional, so polite and so patient when asking questions. Anna whom works in the office is such an amazing person. She makes navigating the “getting started process”, so stress free. Thank you for your amazing help & beautiful personality Anna. The owner Drew was also great to deal with in coming out to discuss the project with us and seeing our vision as well as adding a bit of his own with ours. Not once, but twice, really listening to what we wanted to do. The project manager Jarred… Jarred was phenomenal! He was there from beginning to end and kept things running smoothly. I know I asked him tons of questions as they were working, but his patience & concern never failed once. He was always willing to listen, help & educate on any concerns or questions, with the utmost kindness. He stayed on top of things through the entire process. I have dealt with many a contractor & crews in my day. Drew, you should be so proud. I can honestly say never have I come across a Company that all of their crew had such great attitudes, patience & knowledge. I literally did not meet one person out of so many, that was anything but nice. These guys really know their stuff too! From their employees, to their pools, patios, etc. They get the job done right and in a timely manner. Thank you also Brandt, Thomas, Trevor, Kerry and so many more that I didn’t get your names. Thank you to Alberto and his crew on the concrete portion of the project. What a beautiful job y’all did. And thank you again Jarred for an outstanding and beautiful job, all the way around, from start to finish, You were great! We truly love it! This review comes straight from my heart & this great building experience. So if you want the best pool builders around…I wouldn’t deal with anyone but the great people at Gulfstream Pools & Spas. In my book, they are the best of the best. I will refer anyone I know, that is thinking of putting in a pool, to them. Thank you all for such a beautiful pool, patio, etc. and a wonderful experience during the building process. Now if we can be lucky enough to have it so easy when we begin our landscaping around the pool. Thank you!!! Sandi & Lief Windecker

Wow! Great experience! We had heard so many horror stories about pool builders and were very nervous going in. Drew, Jared, Trevor, Brad and Anna and all the guys were fabulous to work with. Exceeded our expectations. Very professional and very attentive. Detail oriented and over communicated where they were in the process. I highly recommend them to anyone as this was a fun great experience and not a horror story! Thanks again everyone for the great quality and years of fun and memories ahead!

I would highly recommend them to install your fiberglass pool. They had my pool installed and ready to swim in about three weeks. These guys are pros and will get it done. They have installed three other pools in my neighborhood with no complaints and 5 star reviews. Everyone from the owner, to the logistics (Anna) , and the crew and crew leader( Jared), are awesome. You can tell the owner Drew and all employees take pride in their work. The best part is they don’t leave you hanging after everything is paid. I still text to ask about pool care and they respond.

Drew and his crew do a really great job. They took their time to meet all of my requests. Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions. They did not mind explaining every step of the building process. Anything that I wanted slightly altered at the end of the job was met with prompt attention. I even ordered a heater after the pool was finished and it was installed very quickly. Great work guys, keep it up.
