I decided to use this company because of reviews and friends' recommendations. If you read reviews, you will see that they are a bit slow in responding. Which from my experience is true, BUT at least they call you back. 90% of other pool companies won't do that. I am still waiting for them to come renovate my pool, so I will update this review when they are done.UPDATE: They did my pool and did a crap job the pool is rough and my kids cant swim with out swim shoes on because the floor is so rough they start to bleed. Where the pool meets the coping it looks like hot garbage. There are over spray and just material everywhere. After they finished I was losing water at 3" a day turns out there is a massive leak under my pool. Now I have drain the pool and rip open the bottom because they didn't do a static test of the plumbing. This is what I was told they should have done from a leak detection company. 13k dollars and I need to spend another 20k to fix it properly.
In Slidell, New Orleans Pool and Potaio has helped with numerous repairs with our 50-year-old pool. They are honest. Their rates and charges and costs are totally fair and good. Thank you for being there for us over these last two decades.
Awful customer service. Just stopped coming to clean the pool without any discussion or notification despite consistently paying them for their services (card on file so just had to charge it). No phone call, no email, no letter. Nothing. I’ve called them multiple times with still no explanation and can only speak to the woman answering the phone. Now the pool is green. But I’m pretty sure if I was willing to pay over $30 k that was quoted for new pool there would be no issues.11/30- and then to post an awful gaslighting and passive aggressive response to my experience and still without an actual phone call from the business owner to have a TRUE conversation in regards to how to rectify the problem speaks volumes. After our last conversation I forwarded you the quote to fix the repairs and was told that you were waiting to hear from Chris. That was in oct. And still no phone call. I never had an issue with the options in fact we agreed to do the repairs in stages to make it affordable. That was also in October. But thanks for the google response
I absolutely love this place! I’m always treated kindly and they answer ALL my questions because I always have so many lol They treat you like family! Thanks for always helping me get my pool good and clean.
They do great work, don't get me wrong there. Thats if and when they decide to show up. For our pool to be replastered, it took a total of 6 months to complete the job. We decided to have a LED installed , that took roughly 2 months to do. Now our sand filter lateral assembly broke and called them numerous times to figure out a day they can come out. This has been a month ago we called. They are horrible at returning phone calls, and doing a job in a descent time frame. They will call you for that payment though.. lack of communication for a company is unprofessional. If you are wanting the job done in the amount of time they say it will be done.. do not take their word.. its a lie.
