As I first time above ground pool owner I watched 100s of videos on how to keep the pool clean, but the only one that I followed was the one that said visit your local experts , I walked in with a sample of water in a water bottle and tons of questions. They quickly tested the water , gave me recommendations on what to do and at no point did they try to push any of theirs products on me. The staff seemed happy to help and even gave me a container to bring my water sample next time , I have found my to go store for sure and will be giving them my future business for sure !
After a disappointing time using Tropical Pool Service, I switched to The Pool Store. Before switching to The Pool Store, my pool was being serviced weekly. By the end of the week before service my pool would start to get cloudy and grow algae. After switching to The Pool Store I get my small inground pool serviced biweekly and it stays crystal clear all the way up until my next service. I’m very satisfied with the quality of service they provide and the quality of chemicals! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. A few years I decided that I wanted to do my own pool maintenance but had little idea how to look after our pool and the equipment. I was recommended the Pool Store and now am a loyal customer since more than 4 years. I have my water tested multiple times a year and if needed walk out there with all the products and advice needed. The prices are more than fair (I thought they be much more expensive than wholesalers or Lowes etc., but they are not).I saved so much money over the years by the advice I was given! I have all my pool chemistry checked there and purchase replacement lights, skimmer baskets and all one needs to maintain a pool.Without the great service at the Pool Store I'm not sure I could maintain my pool so well by myself.Great owner who always is friendly and great to chat to.
Since getting a new built in pool in December 2021, my husband has been using the Pool Store for our testing, chemicals and other questions we may have. The owner is so helpful and actually helps us understand some of the different issues we have had. Great service and honest people. If you are looking for a pool place that you can trust that isn't there to just empty your wallet and actually assist you, this is the place.
