I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arctic Spas.Over the past two years, I purchased seven hot tubs and was encouraged by Casey, a service technician, to purchase extended warranties on all of them. Based on his assurances regarding service and support, I agreed and paid for the extended warranties.Initially, Casey was responsive and helpful whenever service or repair issues arose. Unfortunately, once the extended warranty payments were collected, the level of customer service changed dramatically.I currently have a hot tub that has not had a properly functioning heater, pump, or jets for nearly six months. During that time, I have made numerous attempts to get assistance through phone calls, text messages, and emails. Despite repeated efforts, I have received little to no response from anyone at the company.As someone who invested significantly in seven hot tubs and additional warranty coverage, I expected much better support and accountability. Extended warranties are only valuable if the company stands behind them when service is actually needed.I hope Arctic Spas takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service and warranty support. At this point, I feel abandoned as a customer after making a substantial investment in their products.
?????We recently had a wonderful experience with Arctic Spas and wanted to recognize both Melissa and Casey for their outstanding customer service.When I first visited the showroom, Melissa was incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided brochures, and made sure I had the information I needed to make an informed decision. When I called back later and Melissa was unavailable, Casey stepped right in and continued providing excellent service.Casey, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered every question I had about the spa and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Both Melissa and Casey were professional, informative, and truly a pleasure to work with.We previously owned a 2002 Arctic Spa, which we recently sold back to them. The experience was so positive that we decided to stay with Arctic Spas and purchase from them again. Their customer service is exceptional, and the quality of their product has proven itself over the years.Thank you, Melissa and Casey, for making this such a positive experience. We highly recommend Arctic Spas! ?????

Arctic Spas is the most fantastic company I have ever worked with. Casey and Melyssa are both amazing and extremely competent at their jobs. I have loved my swim spa so much. Casey has been there for me whenever I had a question or problem. You will love your soa and you will love working with them.
Our experience at Arctic Spas in St George was absolutely exceptional! Sales representative Darrin Steele had been recommended to us from friends that had purchased their hot tub from him he made the process from choosing our unit purchasing and scheduling delivery enjoyable and easy. The installation technician completed the process to us enjoying out hottub and I highly recommend the monthly service option! We will recommend Darrin at Arctic Spas at any opportunity we have!
