We built our pool last year and it got finished summer 2025, it's beautiful to the eye, but there were so many issues We paid almost $100,000 for this pool you think a little more attention to detail would have been done.They recommended a concrete person to extend our concrete a little, they pulled up some of our turf to lay concrete up to it and never leveled the turf back so now we have a huge lump, they promised some nice pool vacuum that was $1000 in value that we never received even after reaching out multiple times to get it. We had our back neighbor comeOver to inform us that our pool was flooding their back yard every time my kids would swim, we called them back out to figure out what the heck was going on and come to find out they never even hooked up the draining system. December rolls around and it's my daughter sweet 16, so we went to go heat our pool for her party just to find out that they never sent anybody out to connect the pool heater, even though we had already paid for it, and we were told it was done. They were pushy to get that final paperwork signed so that they could collect the final payment and sign us off as complete but they never did a final walk through or check to make sure everything was actually completed. TJ was a great sales men so we trusted them that was a huge mistake on our part!
Premier did an incredible job on my pool. From dig to swim it was in the timeframe committed. There were no surprise costs. Tj and crew were open and communicative. Even now as I am swimming and noticing little things that are more preference they come back quickly and make those changes. Thank you Tj, Rich and everyone at premier!

We definitely love the final product and would recommend premier pools for future builds.From the start TJ was very up front about the pool building process, he went over all the pros and cons of the pool building industry and how they set themselves apart from the other contractors in the area from the plumbing they use to the rebar and framework of the pool, in addition to the customer service which was the biggest part of the process.Washington city can be very difficult to deal with and in the area we build our pool in (Washington fields) the soil has been questionable with other people in the area having issues with their pool.TJ walked us through the process of what it would take to get the process started from pulling permits, getting soils samples dug and evaluated to the pool building process itself.We ran into some hiccups with the city permits, and the soil test results taking much longer than expected, but TJ and Rich always answered the phone when we called for questions and made sure to update us often with what was going on.After speaking with others building pools that didn’t seem out of the ordinary to take a while for that initial process, but as mentioned above it’s the customer service during that waiting period that made a huge difference.Even during the waiting TJ had us meet him at the office to go over tile and coping options and ended up helping us design the whole backyard on his computer as we threw out ideas of what we wanted the backyard to look like and it definitely helped us visualize end end result.After the initial start and we got to the dig, we had a 27’ deep, 20’ wide by 40’ long hole dug in our backyard with no where else to put dirt. The dig contractor was amazing and got what we needed to pass inspection complete, then the rebar went in, with the plumbing, then the gunite, pool coping, tile and water.It all took a while for things to get moving, but that’s to be expected with this process and the finished product couldn’t be better. We are so happy, and have gotten so many compliments on the pool we know we had made the right decision now that we have had a couple months to let things settle in and enjoy the pool.If you are looking for a pool builder in St. George that you can trust to communicate with you and walk you along the whole process look into premier pools they will take care of you!
3 summer later we still love our pool. With many choices of who to choose for our pool, it was a hard choice be we are very happy with the end result. To our satisfaction, some things that initially were nit what we expected, they worked hard to fix and did so. The equipment and design, with many custom requests have turned out great. Our pool stays clean, quickly heats up when needed, and has been a delightful addition to our home. With the complexities involved with such a project, they always delivered what I needed. I still continue to get support and answers when I reach out to them. I would choose them again to do another pool.
