I would like to thank Jeff Norton and his crew for the great job they did constructing and delivering a beautiful new Saltwater pool and spa for our home. Something we have dreamed about for years. Until you get into the process for the first time you have no idea how complicated the development and construction process can be. But Jeff's crew handled it all and gave us a beautiful new pool that exceeded all of our expectations. We are so happy with our pool/hot tub built by Sunset Pools. It’s our first pool and we were so happy with all of the design inspiration that Jeff and his team gave us. We have a pool that is beautiful and has so many wonderful features that we wouldn’t have known to ask for like a bench all down one side. Genius. Our family and friends are all enjoying it with us, it’s perfect! Thanks Sunset Pools for designing and building our pool in our time frame and on budget!
I can't thank Jeff and the team at Sunset Pools enough. Our pool turned out amazing and is exactly what we wanted. They spent a ton of time with us on the design and materials showing us hundreds of photos of pools they had done. The pool fits perfectly into the space we budgeted in our backyard and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Jeff and team.
We had a great experience with these guys from planning to install. We’ve never had a pool and they were awesome about explaining the whole process and the different options, there were so many things to consider and they were very patient and helpful. The pool is absolutely beautiful!! We were super impressed when we had a warranty issue a few months after install and they responded quickly and had it fixed the same day.
One star is generous since we can't create a post without selecting a start rating. I called Jeff the owner for a pool bid and he came right out on a Saturday and completed measurements and about 6 weeks later he dropped off a drawing but not a proposal. He did take our house plans and we have never heard from him since. I have called the office, left messages and texts on his cell phone and no response. Now almost a year later we need the plans for a remodel and still cannot get a hold of Jeff. I understand I'm not a builder providing him multiple jobs a month but I was certainly a serious buyer and we had a pool and spa installed plus re-landscaped our back yard in about 60 days while we still heard nothing from Jeff. I'm hopeful we can get our plans back without having to purchase another set from the architect.
