Mark and his crew installed a channel drain and replaced my pool liner this spring. They did a fantastic job, it looks amazing and I am so excited to not have my robo-vac stuck on the stupid drain covers anymore. Oh, and the kids are all lined up to swim too... but also the vacuum

Our tech, Hwchee, is knowledgable, friendly and has gone out of his way to provide solutions and fixes when needed.
We bought a house in 2021 and inherited a pool. We have been working with Clearene since then. They are absolutely wonderful. Particularly in the last 2 years, they have been actively working very hard to improve customer service and communication, which based on my experience can be difficult in this industry especially in Minnesota where the season is short and many of the employees are seasonal and it’s tricky to train and keep employees. They are very proactive and reach out in the late winter to discuss plans with each customer for a successful summer season. Our happiness and satisfaction with their service has increased year over year since our relationship began in 2021! The longevity demonstrates they know what they are doing and communicate to their customer and will be around for the long run. They go out of there way to address my complex system. I cannot say enough how much I love this company. I trust them like family. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.
A+++++ Amazing. I'm in tears writing this review. We had a medical emergency in our family that left us urgently needing to have our swim spa and hot tub sanitized and winterized or risk having the entire thing ruined as the spa and entire house was going to be empty and unused for several months. Life had been turned upside down overnight for me and the kids.Kim in the office and Mike jumped in, snuck us into the schedule and made it happen when I could barely function before anything happened to a very expensive tub. They were extremely empathetic about our situation, used their experience as a firefighter to properly deal with the situation we had.I cant say enough amazing things about them and recommend them for any job large or small.Picture is of the swim spa they serviced. It is certainly unique.
