I have to say….. my family and I LOVE our pool that Performance pools installed 9 years ago at our house. What I didn’t realize at the time was how many problems… like anything can and do go wrong with them! I am writing this now for the uppers or owner at your company… I truly hope you recognize how lucky you are to have Bill W working for you! All the times ( and there have been many) I have called him over the years in distress or upset with a problem …he ALWAYS gets back to me ASAP and in his very calm manner… he helps me with my issue(s) He’s truly a gift and I hope you guys treat him well! Last year we needed a new pool liner our old one had a hole in it. Poolwerx did a terrific job installing a new one and they were so prompt. This year our pool heater gave out and they came out and did a thorough inspection of it and told us that we needed a replacement. Their technician was so great at replacing the old unit with a new pool heater. Very impressive work and very professional. We have always had great service from this company. We are happy customers.
I've had Poolwerx Performance service my pool for many years, and they have always given me great service! However, this year they went OVER and ABOVE! Over the winter our pool cover track and cover collapsed and fell into the pool; which caused a large leak and the water to drain out. If that wasn't enough... the unit that houses the filters failed and needed to be replaced. This all was determined at the opening, just 3 weeks away from my annual Memorial Day party. They patched the leak and Bill got the equipment needed in recorded time! The installation tech's were professional and very nice! Everyone was determined to have our pool ready for the party! I highly recommend Poolwerx Performance to anyone who wants tremendous service. Paula Runze
I’ve been using this pool company since my original design and build about 9 years, including all winterizations and startups at the beginning of each season. Recently, and just before I was going to have several families over to use the pool for the first time of the year, I discovered my pool pump had failed. Their service team acted quickly and was able to replace it with a brand new pump in less than 36 hours. Not only will our company people able to use the pool, I didn’t miss a beat with keeping the pool clean, heated, and balanced while there was no circulation available. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs prompt, professional, and fair service.
Bill and the team at PoolWerx have serviced our pool for years - weekly maintenance and the occasional issue repair. I can’t recommend them enough - they’ve made it easy to own a perfectly sparkling pool every time I open it !!
