The past couple of years I have struggled with my chemicals. Kept getting my water tested and told to do this and that.This year I researched Sparkle. The reviews were really good so I gave it a try!!WOW. My pool has never looked so good and the water is so soft I am beyond satisfied with their service. The people (office and field) are so nice!!My highest recommendation for anyone with a pool would be to sign up!I will be a repeat customer and never have to touch a chemical again!Thank you ??
I had taken care of our pool on my own. It got a little cloudy. Friend said spend the money, hire Sparkle. You only have 3-4 months, you want your pool clear! I bit the bullet, hired Sparkle. My pool really sparkles now!! Highly recommend!
We had a disappointing experience with Sparkle Pools this season. During service, our pool cover was ripped due to a toy being stuck in it. To their credit, they did come out and repair the damage, which we appreciated.However, communication afterward was extremely frustrating. Our card was charged without any prior authorization or discussion regarding the final cost. I stopped by the store in person looking for clarification and was even willing to split the bill to resolve things fairly, but no one followed up as promised.When I later called again, I was told the store and repair department are separate locations, so I shouldn’t have expected the store visit to accomplish anything. That disconnect in communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating.Mistakes happen, but clear communication and basic follow-through matter — especially when dealing with expensive pool equipment and repairs. Repeatedly being brushed off and then no effort made to be accountable, I would not recommend using them. This was a very easily solved situation and they made zero effort.
We interviewed four different pool companies and when I met with Dan of Sparkle Pool I knew that they were the company for us. He was kind, considerate and took time to explain everything to me and I knew immediately that he was very competent as well. Sparkle allowed my husband to design the interior depth pool layout. It was something that they had not done previously and it turned out so good! We have a walking/swimming lane, a shallower section for kids, a bench and a plunge for when we get out of the sauna. It is the perfect pool for us and the 20x40 size is great for our needs. We have had lots of pool parties this summer and it has been enjoyed by people of all ages. The crew was great. We especially appreciated the time that Kelly and Dan took with us and the communication was so good as well. We love the lights that we chose, the pool liner color as well as the cover color and it all looks great. Thank you!
Sparkle installed our 16x32 pool this spring and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend. The owners Dan and Scott were great to work with. Great communication.
