Our family is super thrilled to enjoy a beautiful, long hot summer in this gorgeous oasis with us.The service is so friendly and communicative and everyone is super willing to help! The team helped us explore affordable options within our budget to accommodate all the very nice features included within our pool package.The total length of time from when construction began until we were given clearance to enter our sweet new pool and hot tub was ten weeks, which is expected for a combo such as this, I understand.Thank you, Aquos - you brought the resort experience straight to our backyard so we can make countless amazing memories for years to come, we can't thank you enough!!! ??
For the most part we had an excellent experience using Aquos to build our pool/spa. Had a few hiccups dealing with our city and the permits but we were kept in touch along the way with Aquos. Joni designed our pool and we felt she did an amazing job especially given our small footprint to work with. We have had a couple of warranty repairs and Andrea not only was very responsive with us but always follows up to make sure we are happy. We would definitely recommend Aquos to anyone. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we would prefer to support a family owned business.
Aquos pools put in our pool and couldn’t have done a more professional or better job from start to finish! All the work, permitting, and inspections were done in a timely manner, particularly the actual construction of the pool itself. From the design ( thank you, Joni) to the construction (thank you, Shawn) to the “Pool School” (thank you, Frank), all aspects of of the experience were met with friendly, knowledgeable people who knew their business inside and out. The material used was top of the line and the equipment state of the art.If you are thinking of putting in a pool, I highly recommend getting estimates… and then going with Aquos Pools!!! You will absolutely NOT be sorry!!!
My family moved back into my childhood home after my parents decided to downsize. Growing up, my siblings and I were all into water sports (swim team, water skiing, etc.) but despite our pleading, we couldn’t get our parents to put in a pool. Always said, if I ever took over the property, I’d put in a pool. Now was my chance with twin boys swimming competitively, playing water polo not to mention the Brentwood summer heat, a pool was a must.The property is an acre+ so we had a lot of space to work with but we wanted for the pool area to be contained from the rest of the property. We got quotes from several pool companies and private contractors. We had several friends in the area who had contracted with Aquos and had good experiences. Joni came out to look at the space where we had some lawn, trees and overgrown shrubs. We told her what we wanted and she came up with a plan.With access to my own tractor, I removed the existing landscape and fence but there were two trees that Aquos removed for us. Of course we made several revisions along the way. Joni had great ideas and suggestions many of which we added to the project.Aquos had some great contractors out to work with us and kept us “in the know” every step of the way. They started digging while we were on a long awaited Hawaii vacation in early October 2023. Gunite was poured late October. Pool deck concrete was poured early November and the pool was ready for the pebble surfacing (Aquos Stone).Unfortunately, per city and county regulations, they couldn’t install the pool surface until we had a secure fence around the pool area. The larger property perimeter fence with its varying materials and height wouldn’t meet the requirements. So I built the fence and gates myself. I started building it in November and with the rain and weather during that time, I didn’t finish it until April 2024. The fence had to be extra tall so my very athletic pooch couldn’t get over it…As soon as I was finished, Aquos got the inspector out and we passed inspection. Aquos was able to quickly schedule the surfacing and it turned out fantastic! There were a few bumps along the way for which Aquos always responded to quickly.We appreciated the consistent communication, suggestions and support throughout the entire process. Of course, we are thrilled with the end result! We recommend Aquos Pool!
Quality work, competitive pricing, timeliness and solid communication. The Aquos Pools team (Shawn, Sheree, Frank, Stacey and others) did a great job from start to finish. The team was transparent and direct from the beginning and worked hard to earn our business. Design came out perfect for what we could accommodate (small backyard/tight spacing) and the finished product looks and feels great (simple, functional, quality). Any issues or concerns that we had during the process were addressed promptly and efficiently. I have no doubt that Aquos will stand by their work for years to come.
