Very disappointed with service there, I ordered a part for my hot tub in May, the lady informed me it takes 3 weeks to come in. 3 weeks pass, I call the store, she informs me then parts like that take 4 to 5 weeks to come. 5 weeks pass I call the store again and have management involved there now saying the manufacturer is backed up and it shouldn't take much longer, so 6 weeks pass and now I get a phone call saying it's on. I go pick it up, bring it home, open it and notice on the order invoice it says the product was ordered beginning of June not the beginning of May when I first ordered it and paid it in full. They say they thrive on there excellent customer service, but that is definitely something they need to work on there! I wish I bought my hot tub somewhere else. That wasn't the first issue with them
We have been a customer with Aquacade for 20 years now. We just purchased another Hot tub with them. Their service has always been excellent. They delivered the new tub & removed our old tub. Our salesman, Marcus, was great to deal with.
Great service, the best I’ve received from any store in the Sudbury area for my pool installation. Darren was extremely personable and helped me through my entire pool setup with great tips and tricks along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better service. Thanks again! 10/10 would recommend.
Great experience buying a hot tub. Its not installed yet so if that changes this rating i will update. Marcus really knew what he was talking about and was fun. I like it when the sales guys are fun. This is the hot tub we ended up buying.Marcus recommended a contractor for the pad and its being installed quickly.
Huge shout out to Marcus for the exceptional customer service and customer focus. He pleasantly and professionally did troubleshooting with me to determine what was really wrong with my hot tub and saved me a service call which I really had thought I would need. His expertise fixed me up ! And I greatly appreciate the money I was spared for the cost of a service call, which he didn’t have to do…also picked up some of their Pharmaspa crystals - these will take your hot tub experience to a whole new level !! Thanks again for everything Marcus !!!
