Purchased my first hottub and Dave was great to deal with regarding finding the perfect tub for what I need. I had a virtual call with Marcus who was very knowledgeable. I have spent months chasing down a replacement hot tub cover for my Dynasty hot tub ( has raised speakers ). The amount of chasing and info gathering was crazy. The cost was becoming insane. Finally found Northern and spoke with Paulina, with in 20 min. she knew what I needed and had the cover ordered. So helpful and mannerly, They are the go to people for covers hands down.

Speaking to a representative at Northern Hot Tubs Sudbury was great because they took the time to inform me and educate me on their hot tubs. They definitely sealed the deal for me when they told me about the wifi enabled aspect of their hot tubs and how all the hardware is the latest models. The rep explained how straight forward the hot tubs are, and the best part is how sensibly priced their product is.
