Hey look out el mirage repair team did it again. As a pool owner it sucks constant repairs always something. I have el mirage pools for about a year and a half. Used several cleaning pool companies. But here a shout out to Bryce we had a issue with our plumbing and pump not priming but Bryce came out gave us a solution and then nailed it. Our pool looks great and the best about el mirage no hidden surprises if they suggest it they know the experience and knowledgeable pool tech gets it done. Thanks Bryce for the outstanding repair job.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. We had service with them for over a year with no issues at all. Really liked our tech. We were notified about a month ago a new tech would take over and have had nothing but issues ever since this took place. Filters not being changed, broken equipment, and the new tech not taking responsibility for any of it. The company did replace one part for us a couple of weeks ago that the tech broke. Guess what, due to faulty installation from the tech, the part broke again! This lead to a flood in our yard, wasted water and now a huge water bill. We discovered he was not cleaning our prefilter, so our pool vacuum was not working well. A manager came out to talk with us, but really did not do anything to look at equipment or take care of the issues. They are now FIRED! Edit: after another week the clorinator the tech replaced blew up because he installed the pressure and suction hoses up backwards. Again, flooded yard and having to replace more parts. Ugh...I can't say this enough...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DeSean serviced my pool filters this morning. Best job I've seen in 6 years of pool ownership. He was extremely polite, professional and well organized. Arizona Mirage Pools has serviced my pool for the last year. They are a great company with a wonderful staff and very competent pool techs. I highly recommend them.
We’ve used Arizona Mirage for weekly maintenance and repairs for the past 8 years, and they have always been outstanding.Yesterday, Sr. came out to drain and deep clean the pool, and he did an amazing job removing years of calcium buildup. The boulders were especially tough, but he stayed late and even did a third pass to make sure everything met his high standard.I truly appreciate the hard and consistent work from the team and the quick responses we always receive from Garrett in the office whenever we need anything. Highly recommend!
I normally do not post reviews but I felt inclined to do so as the Arizona Mirage pool company who came out to clean my tile and acid wash the pool went above and beyond! It took 1 day, to my surprise! Wade Jrworked hard from 730a to 4p nonstop and accomplished more than I ever expected. I'm so pleased w this company, I am going to have them service my filter and redo the cool deck! I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs! Well done and Many thanks!
