This is absolutely one of the worst pool service companies I have ever dealt with.I booked this company because they had good ratings on Google, but after my experience, I understand why the one-star reviews say what they say. I had a technician come out to service my pool. He added treatments to the water, but left the pool with zero pressure because there were leaves stuck in the blower motor. There were also leaves still in the canister, and chemicals were added while leaves were still inside the pool.The technician told me the service would be $75 per visit, but then I received an invoice for over $500 for services I never agreed to. I contacted customer service right away and canceled. I told them I would pay for the service completed that day, but the balance was still $211 just for adding chemicals, and I still do not know exactly what was added to the pool.Customer service was very unhelpful. They only took the technician’s side and never came out to inspect the issue, even though I provided photos showing the leaves and the zero pressure in the pool. Instead of helping, they told me that if I did not pay, they would send me to collections.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with any pool company. I provided proof, pictures, and explained everything clearly, but I still did not get the help or professionalism I expected.I paid the invoice because I gave my word and wanted to handle the situation professionally, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience, it seems like they care more about collecting money than taking care of customers.

This is a family-run business that is committed to customer service and communication. We’ve used them for 4 years, including having the oversee a chip out remodel last year. Anytime we have a challenge we need help with, they respond quickly. They care about the health of our pool…it’s not just a paycheck for them. Tito, Amber, and all the technicians and subcontractors they’ve hired are absolutely stellar.
