We were thrilled we chose to go with Thunderbird Pools & Spas for the design, building and creation of our backyard oasis. We shopped around to many other pool builders and chose Thunderbird due to their approach of listening to the customer, caring about our design and maximizing our funds and space. Tim McGee was our designer and he came to our home to see the space and meet in person. He was prompt in his updates and worked hard to make a design that fit our desires and our budget. Our Project manager, Tony, was personable, light hearted, warm and had great communication with us. He was personable and gave the whole project a family feel. Loved working with Tony! Also, the office staff was accommodating, worked hard to resolve any issues that arise and continue to help with the final details of the project as we come through this incredibly hot summer. Britni has worked hard to manage final details and communicate them in a timely manner. We had some bumps in the road, which is expected with a project of this magnitude, but we have been pleased with the continued customer support as we have the yard we had hoped for including a new pool, hardscape, patio, landscape, water feature. We couldn't be more happy!
We recently completed a full pool remodel with Thunderbird pools. I was very pleased with the results. The work done at every stage of the remodel exceeded my expectations. Every employee that was on my property was professional and did a great job of cleaning up after their work. The work was completed well ahead of the projected timeline. thank you Thunderbird for the great experience. we are enjoying our pool!
The whole team at Thunderbird have been so great to work with. Our design process with Hailee was so easy and she helped to create a backyard we dreamed of. Joe and Tony were great to work with as well and so responsive and informative throughout the entire process. Office staff didn’t disappoint either. My one suggestion would be for the team to provide the details on requirements for security barriers according to the city up front. We had some delays because we didn’t have those details but we worked through it and once we had our approvals Thunderbird moved so quickly to get our pool finished. We still have one more piece of our plan left to complete (the turf) but is scheduled. I would definitely recommend Thunderbird!

Seamless from start to finish with updates and a fantastic final product. I proceeded to utilize their Pool Service / Maintenance moving forward after construction as well.
