Helping a friend with her pool since it’s been open about 6 weeks ago. Water was cloudy and could not get it clear. Brought in a water sample that they tested and explained to me the chemicals needed and with 8 hours the pool was Crystal clear. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!
Just got the pool installed in June 2026, had question because of the slope of ground but crew did not question it and did exactly what I wanted. Very reasonable pricing for digging and leveling which was outside of standard installation. Ari Malzman (sales) was very easy to work with, helped with pool permit and gave me pointers how to do my own electrical on it. Very satisfied customer and I would defnetly recommend shopping here to anyone looking for a pool!!!
Cannon Pools has been absolutely amazing to work with. I’m definitely not a “pool guy,” but I learned so much just by working with their team throughout the process. It’s been 2–3 years since we purchased our pool, and they are still incredibly responsive whenever we have questions or need support.Like any big project, we had a few issues along the way, but everything was corrected in a timely manner and handled professionally. Overall, we are very happy with our pool purchase and the experience we had with Cannon Pools.If you’re thinking about getting a pool, definitely talk to Ari — great service and a great team all around!

Unfortunately the last storm that came through the area caused a tree to fall on our above ground pool. After contacting the insurance company we reached out to Ari at the North Syracuse location to see what our options were. He came out to inspect it and a full replacement was necessary.At that point we thought the summer was lost! Ari said to us - “get the tree removed and let me work my magic”. Ari hooked us up with a guy to take the old pool down and remove it and said let me know when it’s gone. We called him on a Sunday to let him know. Later that day he called back to let us know the installers would be out the next day. Monday morning they showed up and by noon we were filling our new pool with water.My wife and I can not say enough about how Ari and his crews went out of their way to save our summer. In CNY you don’t get a long swimming season, Cannon Pools and the outstanding staff just saved ours.
