We had very positive recommendations from our neighbors. Employees friendly and seemed reputable. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, on Friday , the day after completing and after final payment for our new $$$$ liner , my Husband found a wrinkle in the bottom. Called immediately and then every day since with total “ Radio Silence “. This was after a voicemail left to the owner himself. Nothing ! very unprofessional. Seems once they get their money they don’t care . We wanted to leave a good review but , so far , it’s just not possible .
Contacted styles pool the Friday before Memorial Day with a leak and psi issue. They showed up to the property promptly on Tuesday morning, fixed the issue that myself and the wife were over with. Spoke with Olivia handling incoming calls and she was courteous and handled my questions. Overall, a great experience. I will spread the word to my clients. We appreciate the help and honest work.
My car broke down nearby and they let me wait in their store while I was waiting for a tow truck. Saved me on a brutally hot day!Also have a good selection of equipment, chemicals, toys, everything you need to take care of and enjoy your pool.

When I arrived, they had already set aside the parts for me, making the process seamless and efficient. We’ve dealt with more than one pool company before going to stiles for a winter cover. They were quick to respond and came over with a quote. They contacted us as soon as the cover came in and set up install right away. The cover looks great. This all might sound basic but after dealing with other pool companies that don’t call back or give you the run around, Stiles has been our best experience yet.
