First time purchasing from Tarson. I run a power washing company and go through a lot of bleach. Josh the manager was very helpful and helped bring out the chemicals to the truck. They even have 5 gallon containers which is great!

We had a great experience with our pool builders CJ and Will from start to finish! Kristy and the team were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way, which made the whole process so much easier.After installation, I noticed my pump was leaking, and CJ came out quickly and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of follow-up and reliability really stands out.Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service!
I purchased a spa from Tarson Pools & Spa in December. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the salesman I worked with was absent once the sale was complete and never reached out after install to check in with me.However, it was an absolute pleasure working with Kristi and Mary in the office! They both provided me with excellent communication, understanding, and professionalism. The install crew were also a pleasure to work. Working with Kristi and Mary will bring individuals back to Tarson, I hope Tarson recognizes their exceptional employees!
We had a pool installed a few years back. The experience was terrible from start to finish. The person who came out and quoted the pool simply sold the job knowing there were going to be substantial additional costs to complete the project. During the quote process I was very upfront about what I wanted. I wanted a basic in ground pool that was finished with concrete. The idea being that was ready for a fence by the end since there are young children and pets.In summary:As you shop for your in-ground pool this season I would really do your due diligence and second guess Tarson as an option.Tarson was a terrible contractor who didn’t plan anything, their subcontractor was rude and not very skilled, the install was rushed and sloppy, the final project was a mess, and the longevity of the product is to be determined since I have undergone lots of repairs already. Tarson induced us into thinking we were paying to get a relaxing pool system, and instead we received a project to continuously work on.. Complaints and concerns were not honored or addressed, the only thing they cared about was payment.I don’t understand how Tarson is in business, and in all of my experience in and around the construction industry I have never met a company so deserving of a negative review before.
