Very patient, easy to work with, and really made sure we had our dream pool. George was also great and helped keep everything running smoothly. Their landscaper Jose and his crew did a terrific job with our landscaping. They were In and out within a day. The whole crew was professional, hardworking, and kept communicating with us along the way. We’re so happy with the results, and they completed our pool in less than 8 weeks.
California Custom Pools installed an inground Freeform pool for my family and I and they knocked the project out of the park. Our experience with them was tremendous, from the initial meeting at our home to discuss our options to the final inspection. George was our project manager and Austin was our designer and these two gentlemen were amazing to do business with and excelled with customer service. They were sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. Communication throughout the process was never a problem and they were always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns or provide more details. When I contacted California Custom Pools, George and Austin were out at our home 2 days later for a meeting. 3 days later we had a design and one week later they broke ground with construction. I’m truly amazed at how fast they moved on this project. They started on August 19th and we had water in the pool on September 21st! Absolutely amazing!! Throughout the process, my wife and I had some minor issues/concerns and when we brought them to the attention of George and Austin they took care of it immediately. George also had glow in the dark pebble installed in the pool and glow in the dark sand to border the pool. Very cool feature that our kids love! I highly recommend California Custom Pools to anyone interested in their services and appreciate George and Austin for doing such an amazing job with our pool! Thank you guys.
I can’t say enough amazing things about California custom pools! From the very beginning, Danny was incredibly attentive and listened to all of our ideas regarding our pool yet had incredible feedback and guidance in the areas where we knew nothing! So surprised at how quickly the process went and how organized they were with every step ! It was really important to us to feel like we were working with a professional and not just a contractor. This was reflected in every aspect of the job.Me being an interior designer I had my own ideas and they trusted me and I think we all were thrilled with how the pool turned out!George was incredible, managing the project and handling my concerns and any questions! When something didn’t go the way as we planned, which wasn’t very often, the teamwork was evident and resolutions were quickly made!
