Element Pools & Spas, Inc

After 25 years of not wanting to commit to such a major home improvement/dream, we finally pulled the trigger and and started contacting pool contractors, making it through my Wife's and My vetting process would say enough about Eric and Element Pools and Spas if you knew us. Needless to say we are beyond happy with our new "Retirement Pool"! From initial design to construction to the finish product, Eric and Jason made sure we were 100% happy. Bottom line is great pricing, knowledgeable management and sub contractors and good communication. I'll let the photos tell the rest of the story. Almost forgot, we think our dog loves it more than us!

TJ and his team did an amazing job, and brought our vision to life! He designed a pool that is everything and more than we expected.. everyone on the project were helpful and had great ideas and all had great communication! I would highly recommend Element pools to everyone!

We used Element to build our pool and spa and we could not be happier with the entire experience and the final result. The owner, Eric, was truly amazing to work with - professional, responsive, and truly focused on making sure we were happy throughout the entire process. He listened to my vision, offered helpful guidance when needed, and ultimately brought my dream pool to life even better than I imagined. From the beginning, he made it clear that his top priority was making sure we were happy, and he absolutely delivered. I’ll be the first to admit that some of my requests were extremely specific (down to the exact natural stone I wanted and how I wanted it installed, plus multiple colors of PebbleTec for the interior). Eric never once made me feel like I was being “too much.” He always had a solution and I never had to compromise on what I wanted. He even went above and beyond by personally going to multiple stone suppliers, sending me photos, and helping me confirm it was exactly the right stone and look. The end result is my dream pool: custom, high-end, and beautifully executed. We’ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors (including neighbors who have built pools themselves) saying ours is by far the most custom and highest-quality pool they’ve seen. If you’re looking for a pool builder who genuinely cares and delivers beautiful craftsmanship, I cannot recommend Element and Eric enough.

If your looking for a pool contractor, these guys are the best in pool building game. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Not only is their customer service top notch, they handle every detail with such precision. I will recommend them to all my friends and family if they are looking to build pools.

Anthony and the team at Element did a phenomenal job building us a custom pool. Everything went smoothly - from designing the yard, building the pool, and helping customize the perfect pool for our yard and needs. Couldn’t be happier with Element. I wouldn’t build a pool with any other company in Southern California.
