Wanted to share my wonderful experience with the team at the Temecula location. We started our BBQ build with Kaitlyn and she was so patient and helpful with ideas and really took the time to go over all our options. After multiple drawing and tweaks we got started. Then Jose took over after it was built to get this monster installed which took 2 days. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process start to finish and they exceeded expectations! Would recommend them 100%.

We got a great deal and delivery and service teams were professional and courteous.When we started to plan for our outdoor kitchen we knew we had to come back to Temecula Valley Hot Spring Spa and BBQ! Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape. He sketched out our custom outdoor kitchen around an existing Traeger pellet smoker and a fence. We got a really great deal and reasonable delivery expectations. We visited with Kaitlyn at the show room to pick out tiles and this is when the magic happened. Kaitlyn gave us a personalized and professional design experience helping us pick out the perfect color scheme. She really knows her business and has a keen eye for colors, contrasts and that special “pop”!Our outdoor kitchen was delivered on schedule and the delivery team was great. We just love our outdoor paradise oasis and could not be happier! Thank you Kaitlyn, Jason and the entire family at Temecula Valley Hot Spring Spa and BBQ!!!

I purchased a swim Spa a year ago. Ron helped explain all of the features and what would work best for my family. We discussed submerging the spa in a vault with decking. Ron then provided me with contractor names who could make our dream into a reality. I spoke with all contractors and then again spoke with Ron, who gave me further advice/options based on what the contractors advised. Ron is incredibly knowledgeable, not only on spas and equipment, but the installation process as well. This spa is my personal retreat and I'm very happy we decided to purchase our spa from Ron.
