Called to get the hot tub i bought from them serviced due to a broken piece! Their service rep without knowing what the issue is said “it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars, do you want me to book you a technician!!!” I told him send someone first to diagnose and then I decide! Still they didn’t contact me and I got the issue fixed by someone else and cost me only $250! So I guess service is not their focus just sell and goodbye!!!

Always a very good experience. Very knowledgeable. They tests our water and never try to up-sell. 13 year old hot tub working as good as the first day with their recommendations for regular maintenance. I recently came in to find a replacement rubber gasket for our split-nut fastener from our heater to hot tub plumbing. This part is not an easy find and the time taken and determination to find the gasket was very appreciated. Hot tub is working as it should now. Thank you!
