I spoke with Matt, who patiently walked me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone. Thanks to his clear guidance, the heater was up and running again.I truly appreciate the time and professionalism Matt showed. Usually pretty helpful in store. They answer any questions you have. They also test water in store and give you info to bring levels up to needed amounts.

Pool Mates provides exceptional pool service. This may sound unnecessarily over the top but if you’ve ever used other pool services you’ll know what I mean. Laura is very responsive, and just gets stuff done in a reasonably priced way (she is always quick to get quotes for covers, lights, etc and helps choose the most cost effective not necessarily the most expensive). Her team is professional, friendly and reliable. Pool has always been a pain in the ass with something always preventing us from using it. We have had many things quickly fixed and repaired with her since we started and I actually feel less stressed knowing everything is now under control. Thanks guys.
