I went to the Hot Tub and Spa Expo in Ruston, Louisiana and the sales rep Travis Breese was very knowledgeable about the product and options for delivery and set up. Financing was also a very easy process. He also has informed me that he personally would be the contact for service and for any problems that may arise with our new hot tub. I was very happy with the service.
