We recently had a pool and spa built by Azalea. The project was completed in about 4 weeks. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the pool as well as the building process. They were very professional and responsive throughout the project. Unlike other builders they have much of the build completed by their own staff. Anytime I had a question, concern or even a change they were very accommodating.We were told 4-6 weeks which ended up being only 4 weeks to complete. The weather was accommodating for us.We had four companies quote us and while they were not the least expensive I felt most comfortable with their plan and the ability to fulfill that plan. This company has two store fronts and has been around for decades. This was important to us. They are not going anywhere.
We hired Azalea Pools to refurbish our 23 year old pool. We were very pleased with the worksmanship and professionalism during this construction. All the crews did an excellent job and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Azalea Pools.
I am a first time pool owner and the horror stories that people with pools told me about almost negated my want for one.When Azalea Pools in Flint Texas opened up a site my wife went to visit them. We had heard nothing but good things from other people that had gone with Azalea. Their words about Azalea could could not be more true. From the design and trust we developed with our contact Josh to the many workers involved with the project - Casey, Levit, Armando, TJ and Don and to name a few, their incredible team we were presented with the final product of a pool and back yard of our dreams. One thing I would tell people is wait till you see the finished product and along the way the team is there to assist you the entire time! The best part is Azalea does not sub contract out their work so every thing they do is in house, no chasing down people who say one thing but don’t follow through.Thanks to them for the amazing outdoor living space we now can enjoy!
I’ve been holding on to this review for about a year now. Constructing a gunite pool takes time to plan, coordinate, build, and learn to maintain. Every project also has its own set of challenges and I wanted to make sure I provided enough time to work through them. Our project kicked off around August of 2023 and completed at the end of November 2023. Some minor items did come up during the build phase, but Azalea Pools was right there to help and correct the issue immediately. Because of their attention to detail and experience, Summer of 2024 was amazing! Our family and friends also thank you! As they enjoyed this summer endlessly. Here a few before and after images!
Our experience with Azalea Pools has been excellent. We had never owned a pool and Josh took the time to visit with us multiple times and took us to see some completed pools. He was able to get the design we described without having multiple revisions. When construction began, the PM informed me about the process, when crews would come out, what would be done and how long it would take. We were on schedule throughout the process. Everybody was professional. They showed up on time and worked until their task was complete. The craftsmanship throughout was impeccable. During and after each phase, the PM would inspect the work and site with me. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns without hesitation. We finished about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The entire project was excellent. I would highly recommend Azalea Pools.
