We have had our Swim Spa for about a month now, absolutely love it!!! We chose the R220 model and could not be happier.Zach and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire purchase and when I went back a couple of weeks later to purchase more things they were still the friendly, helpful, customer focused people they were before.Tony, Albert & team that delivered and installed were so courteous. This company is the best!! We got our hot tub in 2021,No problems,friendly and give good advice!! When everything was hard to get,building materials ect. And even hot tubs!! We had ours within 2 months!! Really a wonderful company and they will help fine any discounts if possible also!!
We bought our Hot Springs Spa from East Texas Hot Tub Dealership in 2016. They recommended the perfect spa for us, provided good spa products, and were highly knowledgeable about troubleshooting using the products to obtain optimum water clarity and a great spa experience. Their customer service is excellent and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. We highly recommend their business.

We’ve had eleven years of great service from East Texas Spa. Our hot tub stays outside, has a cover that’s always in place, and it keeps on giving us so many happy memories as a family. When there’s something to fix every now and then I know who to call to get it taken care of. So worth it!
