Many note friendly staff who explain maintenance steps and respond quickly to questions. Several customers appreciate thorough inspections and ongoing communication about needed repairs. A smaller number of reviews are critical about cleaning quality, but most recent feedback trends positive.

I just started with Paradise Pools and after 3 weeks, my original “pool guy” moved on. He did a good job but today, my new man, Joshua, came and he was fantastic. Super friendly and explained some things to me that I didn’t know and I’ve had this pool for 25 years. Thank you Joshua for a job very well done!

Since starting service with Paradise, our pool has never looked better. Weekly service is def the way to go! Always on time each visit and accessible for questions and concerns. Give them a try if you’re in the market for pool service or maintenance!

AMAZING! I highly recommend using Paradise Pools for weekly maintenance and repairs! Paradise Pools has been taking care of my pool for years! I’ve never had to worry about anything with my pool because I know and trust they will take care of everything and certainly let me know if anything major needs to be done that would be costly to repair. Ryan and Jennifer have always been quick to respond and very helpful when I have questions. Most recently our pool had turned into a pond after experiencing some pump issues we couldn’t afford to replace at the time. Once we were able to bring Paradise Pools back out, Dainen drained the pool and power washed it and got it looking spotless! Josh has been incredibly helpful with information regarding the pool equipment and repairs. After draining, cleaning, and refilling the pool, Dainen was the one who made it sparkle just as it always has! Thank you so much!

Great cleaning service, they went to go inspect the pool in my home before purchasing. I highly recommend giving them a call and seeing what they have to offer. Felipe and Ryan have been great. Thank yall

TERRIBLE POOL COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT CLEANING POOLS. THEY ARE THE WORST POOL COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. RIP OFF. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE THEY WILL. CROOKS. THEY EVEN HAVE EMPLOYEES LEAVE TO START THEIR OWN POOL CLEANING BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF SO BAD. OUR NEW POOL COMPANY CLEANED THE POOL BETTER THAN THEY EVER HAD AND EVEN POINTED THE JETS IN THE CORRECT POSITION ON THEIR FIRST DAY. One of the best decisions I've made this year was leaving this company. Weight lifted

We used this company for a few years, and they got more expensive ($550-$780/month on average for weekly cleanings) and worse through time. It got to the point where we had to start getting our own water tested because we felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I had to beg them to simply clean the steps. They started charging us close to $800/month! Let that sink in. We had 5 different pool cleaners in a few years. If your pool looks terrible just after they cleaned it, then they would send someone else and still charge you an insane amount even though it wasn't done well the first time. There was one time when our backwash pipe broke, and I had to keep contacting them numerous just to come fix it. The pool guy came and still backwashed with that pipe not being fixed, and it flooded a portion of our yard. There were many times when the pool guy would just dump the junk from the skimmer basket right on the side of the pool. He even dumped chemicals in the yard where our baby plays. I would always have to clean up after him. I would always have to tell him to use the trashcan. What a headache. Our pool is a liner pool, and the liner is only three years old. I literally had to talk to three different people constantly to figure out why our pool always looked terrible. I was too nice to this company considering how expensive they are and the quality to be lacking in every area. I'm shocked they have good reviews. I'll attach more photos of the bills when I look through the emails later. What a rip-off. By the way, some of the photos of the pool being dark green were right after they cleaned. You see why I'm upset. Ryan even told me to buy some vitamin c tablets, put them in a sock, and clean the steps on top of being charged almost 600 for that particular month. They also told us that that would not fix our pool light because they were not the ones who installed the liner. East Texas pools fixed it with no problem!

I get how they can't control everything. For example, we have a liner pool with a lot of trees, but they can control putting the trash in the trash can, vacuuming well, cleaning the steps, and adding the appropriate amount of chemicals you would think. Frustrated with them all of the time is accurate.

They charged us $2,250 over the past three months of service, and the pool was very green a lot of the time. He said it was out of his control to keep the pool blue. Shocking. He even told my wife that it was normal for a pool to turn green only 2 days after a cleaning. Apparently, it was not unusual for his pools to turn green shortly after an expensive cleaning. All we want is a great pool service, and this was not great in any way. We feel ripped off, and I'm LIVID about it. They are complete BSer's, and even the lady was rude to me when asking why our bill was $780 and the pool LOOKING TERRIBLE. TRASH COMPANY. OVERALL, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH AND STILL NOT BE GOOD AT THEIR JOB.
