Just took delivery of our Arctic Spa Timberwolf we went with the saltwater version and am supper please.Let’s start with our sales guy Garry he was awesome! He was very helpful, helping us select our first ever hot tub, super knowledgeable and was not pushy.Once we placed our order, the tub arrived on time with no issues. The installation team was professional and knew what they were doing. They took great care to ensure we were happy and were ready to add water.I would highly recommend giving these guys a visit if you’re in the market for a hot tub you will not regret it and will probably come home with a hot tub.
I walked into Arctic Spa Vaughan knowing nothing about hot tubs, and Gio took the time to explain everything to me. It felt overwhelming at first, but he guided me through the whole process and answered weeks of questions patiently. He eventually helped me choose the Cub, and now I’m enjoying it every week — it’s become an important part of my health and wellness routine - no joke.
We just had our new Arctic Spa delivered yesterday and Monte and his team were amazing!! The efficiently delivered the tub, were very professional and thoroughly explained the set up and operation to us. We also spoke with Garry, our Sales Associate, who helped clarify a couple of things for us. Now we are looking forward to enjoying the spa.
We had an issue with our hot tub pump not working. Called Arctic spa and they sent a very knowledgeable repairman the next day. His name is Ryan and he explained fully the required repairs and cost. We needed a new primary pump for our Arctic Spa Tundra model. This is the first repair in 6 years of ownership. The repair experience was a very positive one. Ryan represents your company very well.Thank you
Arctic Hot Tubs back at it! One of the arms of our hot tub cover ripped right off the tub. We were told they had a "stock piece" and they could use it to fix the one arm. Now the other arm has broken off and they are saying it's our fault for not replacing both last time. How they've built a tub where the metal arms rip right off and then charge the client twice is beyond me. Not even a discussion about how this might be covered by the clearly shoddy manufacturing. Also - do not trust when they tell you their expensive filters that you throw away last for 6 months. They last about 2 months maximum before the water starts getting gross. Budget $150 for those every 2 months. Other companies have reusable filters that you can just hose down instead.
