We have been dealing with Pioneer Family Pools since February 2026 as we upgraded from a soft side to a hard side pool this year. Although we are not new to owning a pool, we had so many questions as a hard side pool and equipment differs. Pioneer have been amazing from start to finish with their knowledge, expertise, excellent customer service and patience.Also, a BIG shout to the the installation team who were so professional, personable and did an awesome job overall. We did experience some initial very minor hiccups (e.g. liner had to be replace) but these issues were remedied immediately and with great care.We also appreciate Dave's (owner) immediate attention to any of our questions and the immediate resolution, if required.Pioneer Family Pools is truly an amazing business but more importantly to note is their amazing staff. We have no hesitation recommending this place to you.
I am a regular Customer of Pioneer Pools located at 7979 Weston Road in Vaughan, Ontario. I found the two new Representatives, Keaton and Christian R, to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They tested our Pool Water, and explained to me the many details of the Report. Specifically which chemicals I needed to purchase; the procedures to follow to add the chemicals properly to the water (so they wouldn't counter act with each other); and the amount of time required to allow between adding the chemicals (so they couldn't harm our children). In addition I found Keaton and Christian to be very friendly and reliable. Because of their excellent service, my husband I will definitely continue to return to this location of Pioneer Pools for all of our Pool needs.
We built our pool with Pioneer and cannot say enough positive things about the company. Start to finish, the service has been incredible. When we have had a minor issue following installation, they came out to deal with it immediately. The company is responsive, reasonably priced and really easy to work with.
To say that I am extremely happy with the quality of knowledge, service, and care by the Pioneer Pools Team would be an absolutely understatement! Having a pool in my very own home has always been a dream and finally they have made that come true in the absolute best way possible! Such a smooth & positive experience.From answering all my first time questions with such patience and knowledge to always trying to work together, it was clear this was a company I would highly recommend to family and others! Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail, which gave me peace of mind knowing the pool was properly closed for the season.They took the time to explain what was being done, answered my questions, and left the area clean and organized. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Pioneer Pools to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool service.
