We had an awesome experience buying our hot tub from Stuart! he was friendly, knowledgeable, and witty. He took the time to answer all of my ridiculous questions and explained everything as clearly as he could and helped us choose the perfect hot tub for our family with the lights speakers and water fall being a big hit for the kids.Even after the sale, Stuart continued to provide excellent support and made sure I it set it up properly. His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers.We’re absolutely loving our new hot tub and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re thinking about buying one, I highly recommend asking for Stuart—you’ll be in great hands! My husband and I would like to give "thumbs-up" to FIXMYHOTUB. We have been using this company for several years. We do not own a Jacuzzi (HydroSpa - no longer made) and FIXMYHOTUB services our tub without questions or extra costs. The Technicians are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and "go the extra mile" for customer satisfaction! "Shout - out" to Andrew! Customer Service is great, (we don't like the AI receptionist when we call), but making an appointment is easy, follow-up by text or email is nice and transparent. We are notified at every point regarding our appointment. ie: technician timing, location etc. Another "shout-out" to Edwin, Catherine in Customer Service. We like the fact that even though our Spa is old and no longer made, FIXMYHOTUB will still provide excellent care and service.
Had a great visit from Andrew to replace the mineral cell for my Jazuzzi swim spa. Andrew was knowledgeable and friendly and provided areas of repairs (new cover) based on his observations. Great professional. Hope to have Andrew back for my next service.
We purchased a jacuzzi hot tub with a smart tub system from The Wellness Shop and unfortunately have had a very poor experience at nearly every step.After delivery, we were unable to use the app that was supposed to come with our smart tub. When a technician came to investigate, we were told the tub was missing its smart features altogether - something that should have been caught before delivery. The technician offered no explanation of what he was doing or why, and was not pleasant to deal with throughout the visit.As new hot tub owners, we received zero guidance on how to operate the tub, manage chemicals, or use the technology we purchased. When we ordered a replacement filter, the wrong type and size were sent.We contacted our salesperson with questions and received no callback. We also left a message for the owner or manager and, again, heard nothing back.We understand issues can arise, but the complete lack of follow-through and communication has made this a very frustrating experience. There are many other companies selling hot tubs in this area — we'd encourage anyone considering a purchase to explore your options before deciding.
This was our first hot tub purchase and our experience at other stores was horrible.When we walked into the Wellness shop and met Stuart, we discovered what buying a hot tub should be like.From the beginning he was friendly and super helpful. He gave us the education we needed in order to be comfortable making a decision.He answered ALL of our questions and helped us choose a hot tub we would be happy with.I’m a sales trainer in another industry and what I really enjoyed was throughout our visit we never thought we were being sold, rather he was only there to help us buy. Thank you Stuart!!The hot tub was delivered quickly and the delivery team ( I wish I got their names) was also incredible.They set it up and walked me through the start up…so easy.Once up to temp we’ve been in the tub every night.If you’re thinking of buying a hot tub, you owe it to yourself to check out the Wellness shop. 10/10
