Chester (the owner) was very prompt and great to deal with. My pool pump quit working and he was able to locate parts and give me options for repair or replacement. The service call was completed in a timely manner and he was very professional. I would definitely use his company again.
Chester came out to my house to look at my hot tub it had a bad leak and he did a Great Job fixing it and a few other issues.I highly recommend him for your hot tub repairs/service. Chester is an honest person. He told me exactly what was needed to repair my tub and the quote he gave me was less than what it ended up being. He was very thorough and even explained something’s about my hot tub that I never knew. He also fine tuned a few things that was not even on the list of things. After having issues with my spa not heating and having my regular company come to diagnose the problem twice, I wasn’t getting a great feeling. Enter Chester from A1 Spa and Pool Repair. I spoke with him on the phone and explained my issue and I instantly felt that he was going to be able to resolve the problem. He DID!! He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, had a conversation with the manufacturer, gave me an estimate and then a few days later came and fixed it. It is now working better than ever! Chester visited my home 3 times to ensure my hot tub, with several problems, was fixed. First visit for trouble shooting and estimate. After receiving parts, he came out and repaired my display, cut and added new piping for my drain where leak was found, and cleared out my impeller, which returned my jets to 100%. He even returned a 3rd time to add a connector to my drain tube for easier draining. Chester was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends.
Chester was amazing. He came and fixed everything and was superb. He gave me all the education about the spa and went above and beyond his call of duty. He not only fixed my hot tub and took his time, he spent an enormous amount of his time educating and supplying me with everything I needed for my hot tub. Thumbs up to Chester. His prices were the best around and I was actually absolutely shocked at how little he charged. I will always use him as my hot tub repair man. Many companies I contacted would not even come out and fix my hot tub, but Chester from A1 Pools was willing to and as I stated, did a superb job. Thank you so much.
