Absolutely outstanding service from Mike and his team! I've been dealing with significant off-season water loss for years and the time, attention & effort Mike put into researching, diagnosing, and identifying solution options was so appreciated (leaking lights were the culprit). This year Mike and his team removed the old liner, grinded and carefully secured permanent coverings for the light fixtures, cleaned and prepared the floor and walls, added wall foam and installed a beautiful new liner! (attached photos reflect start to finish of this project)
Over the course of several years I've utilized Flawless Pools for opening/closing services, diving board repair, pump, panel, salt cell and filter maintenance & repair, as well as two liner replacements. Each and every service is completed promptly, professionally and with a smile by Mike and his team.
These days it seems like a rarity to find a company, owner and team with such dedication to service excellence.
